Shall the Sonoma Valley Health Care District extend its expiring parcel tax for five years at up to $195 per parcel per year in order to ensure stable funding and prevent closure of the hospital emergency room, and a reduction in acute hospital care and other hospital services at Sonoma Valley Hospital? The parcel tax funds will supplement hospital operating revenues during this time of uncertainty with health care reform while continuing efforts are made to enhance net income.
